Step 1

ORDER A SAMPLE: I get it, you want to see, touch and feel the paper to make sure the quality is up to your standards before you commit to ordering personalized wedding invitations. You can order a sample of any invitation design you see in the store, just add it to your cart!  I can't customize the samples themselves with your colors, but if you leave a not as to any colors you are thinking of using just let me know in the message box as you check out and I'll include small swatches for you to to look at.

Step 2

GET A QUOTE: If you want to make changes to a design like swapping out some different colors, adding in a pocket or taking out things you don't need, fill out the custom order form. I'll get back to you with a picture of your design idea along with pricing and away we go!

Step 3

ORDER ONLINE: If you have already received your custom quote or love a design just as it is, all you need to do to start is go to the listing of your favorite design and purchase the 'PROOFING DEPOSIT" to get started. This initial payment is nonrefundable and is due before we work on proofs with your wording and start on any custom design work. ***PLEASE NOTE*** your order will be mailed to the shipping address you use during this purchase.

Step 4

TIMELINE & CONTRACT & WORDING: I'll get you logged in to my client portal through a website called Honeybook. I'll send over a timeline that details out what our deadlines are. I'll also send over a contract that details out what you are ordering, when payments are due and all of the contract legal stuff. I'll also send over a form you can fill out to send me all of your wording.   

Step 5

PROOFING: Proofs of your designs are created after you place proofing deposit. You will receive PDF proofs of each of your pieces for review. Nothing will be printed until you sign off on your proof approval form.


Step 6

PAPER DEPOSIT: As soon as you are totally solid on your paper colors and quantity that you are ordering, your paper deposit is due. This is 50% of your order and must be placed before I order your paper. Once paper is ordered you cannot add in anything extra or make any changes without additional fees - sorry!

Step 7

PRINTING: After you approve to print, printing typically takes up to 2 weeks. I print nearly everything in house and can finish about 1 order per day so the wait depends on my current work load.


Step 8

FINAL PAYMENT & SHIPPING: Once everything is complete, I'll weight your box, update your invoice to include shipping and send if off to you for your final payment! (CHEERS!!!) I ship orders via USPS priority mail unless you request an upgrade to Express or UPS. Your order will be shipped to the address you used for your proofing deposit unless you tell me otherwise. Priority mail takes about 2-3 business days. A tracking number is provided for you. Local orders can always pick up at the studio.

Step 9

VISIT YOUR LOCAL POSTMASTER: Take one envelope filled just like you will mail it to your local USPS postmaster for the current postage rate for your wedding invitations.

MAIL OUT YOUR GORGEOUS INVITES: Sit back and watch the RSVPs roll in!
