All proofs will be sent as PDFs. Please allow 3-5 days for the initial design, then 24-28 hours for each additional proof.
I try not to limit the number of revisions I make to your invitations. I know that things can look very different from the sample once you get your actual information on it, however I do have limits. If you are getting close to what I feel is unreasonable changes (usually 6-7 drafts), I may let you know that I will have to start charging a $10 fee to make any further revisions. Please look over your info carefully before sending to it us to ensure it is correct. This will save you a great deal of time in terms of waiting for revisions that could have easily been avoided.
It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any error. That includes: spelling, layout, website URLs, phone numbers, directions, etc. Even if they were typed incorrectly on my end, mistakes do happen. Once you give your final approval any errors are corrected at your expense.
I always encourage printed proofs when time allows. If you would like to request a physical proof of your invitation to look at in person prior to receiving the full order, you will be charged an additional $35. Some of my invitation proofs are printed by an outside printer, some are printed in house, so please allow 2 weeks for it to ship.
Please understand that colors can vary quite a bit when you are viewing them from one device to the next. I highly encourage you to look over your proofs on various computers if you are concerned about the coloring. Printing is a touchy business. Printed colors can look different than what you see on your screen. Colors can also vary from one printer to the next and even from day to day on the same printer. Rest assured that whether I print myself or use an outside printer, I do match all print colors to your paper colors.

*If you are at all concerned about the paper colors please ask for some swatches - they are FREE and can save us from confusion or disappointment if a shade is not quite what you thought it was, or one has a texture that you don’t care for. I do my best to explain the texture and weight differences but seeing them in person is always the best option.
Your order quantity may be changed up until the point that the paper is ordered. Beyond this time, please understand that ordering extras may be an additional 2 week wait and that the price of your invites will go up as ordering smaller quantities at a time is more expensive for me.
A timeline and estimated completion date will either be included in your contract listing or emailed separately. I will strive to work within this timeline, but it is important for you to also cooperate in a timely manner. This includes organizing your wording and thinking through the details before you send them over as well as returning emails in a timely manner. Respectfully, I will return most emails within 48 hours as well during the business week. During the weekend I try to spend more time with my family and weekend emails may take a bit longer to return. Invited by LamaWorks will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response.
Invited by LamaWorks reserves the right to change prices without notice. Pricing changes may be affected by an increase or decrease in supplier price, service and/or production costs. Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days. Once a deposit has been paid, that price will be honored for the order.
All designs and concepts are property of Invited by LamaWorks. Invited by LamaWorks retains all rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients. Due to licensing agreements, digital copies of any graphics or art will not be provided for any other outside projects.
It is important to me that every piece of stationery I create is my own. Sending inspiration from Etsy, Pinterest, etc. to give an idea of your style is great! But please, don’t send me someone else’s design and ask me to create a copy for you, but with your wording and colors. I just can’t do that and I hate disappointing you. Thanks for understanding.
PAYMENT & RUSH ORDERS
Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed within a 4 week turn around or less. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the project. Rush orders will add a charge of 15% to your order total plus the cost of rush shipping the supplies. By purchasing something with a rush status, I agree to put you at the top of my to do list and work on your projects first.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact me right away. If your final approval has not been received and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for your deposit and any materials that have been purchased. If your project has gone into the production process you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction including printed proofs. If there is an error on the part of invited by LamaWorks, I will do my best to correct the problem.
All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client. Any shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. All orders will be mailed to the "ship to" address used during checkout. You may also pick-up your order to avoid shipping charges.
All boxes are insured when shipped, if any damages occur during shipping please take pictures and document what was received. We will work together to recover damages from the postal service. Failure to complete proof of damage and a signed affidavit will result the client paying for new items. I cannot receive reimbursement without full cooperation from the client.
Invitations occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight or due to the shape of the finished piece. While I do have a postage scale to give you an estimate of your invitation weight, it is always recommended that you take it to the post office for confirmation of postage prices. Invited by LamaWorks is not responsible for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The deposit for each project (save the dates, invitations, thank you’s etc.) is 50% of the entire order. The deposit is due at the time of your order. Design will not begin without the deposit. The deposit will be applied to the total amount due for the wedding invitations/other products. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the products will be handed over to the client.
All changes, and additions (such as invitation count) must be made before the final product is ordered. Any changes past that time will require additional payment. Once an order is placed, I cannot change or cancel it.
