      Luxury wax seal place cards by Invited by LamaWorks. You love custom details to your wedding day and wax seals are as luxury as they get! Accent your place cards or escort cards with custom wax seals. Choose your color, choose your design, make them uniquely you. Send over your invitations and I'm happy to make a custom design fit for your wedding, or go with the classic monogram shown on the first listing photo.

      Every detail in your wedding has been so thoughtfully planned, down to the smallest of details, don't let your reception fall short.

      Use as place cards, escort cards ... add in menu selections, change the colors - anything you need! All of the paper selections are matte 110# card stock - shimmery and other colors are available by custom order.

      Wax seals do take some time to have made! It will take about 2-3 weeks for your order to ship out. Worst case if you are short on time, I can have your wax seals mailed directly to you from my vendor and you can apply them yourself - they have stickers on the back for easy application.

      I know how incredibly time sensitive place cards can be right at the end, so I do my best to get proofs to you within 24 business hours. I try to leave my weekends open to be with my family, so if you order on Friday or Saturday, you may not hear from me until Monday.


      Start your order early! The earlier you can start your order, the more I can block off time and make sure I have paper on hand!

      If you know you'd like to use these for your wedding, but you are still waiting on some RSVPs, please purchase the "Hold My Date" from the quantity drop down. Then enter your wedding date and estimated guest count in the 'message to sell' box on your final checkout screen.

      This is a $25 deposit to hold your date and set paper aside. Once your list is complete, I'll give you a coupon code for $25. Come back to this listing and order your final quantity and use the coup on code to apply the $25 to your order.

  • What is the ordering process?


      If you know what you want and you're ready to order, fill out the "I'm ready to order" form in the tab below. Once you fill that out, I'll send over your contract to make sure everything is correct along with a wording form for you to fill out.


      Start by filling out the "Get some design ideas" form below. We'll look at mock-ups of your design in new colors or with different features and work out the details until the paper options and price point is spot on for you.

      You may not know exactly what you want, but you know you love certain styles and elements. I'll send over 2-3 ideas that we can use as a launch pad to bigger and better things. It's a prototype process where we'll sort out the elements that your eye is drawn to and falls in love with.


      After you sign your contract, a $100 deposit is due before we begin working on your first round of proofs.

      Your second payment is 50% of your order and is due before I order paper. So while we are working on your designs, we can change out the colors, sizes and quantity until you are comfortable and ready to move forward. 

      I print most orders in house, so once I order paper, we'll still be able to work on the design details, but at this point we will not be able to change paper colors or quantity.

      Your final payment is the remaining balance on your order and is due before I ship your invitations to you.

  • How long does it take?
    • Most invitation orders take about 3-5 weeks, but if you tell me you need them by a certain date, I'll make it happen.

      If you're still months away from needing invitations, that's totally fine too. We can start working on the design and then we'll put it on hold until you're ready.

      With covid restrictions changing rapidly, I'll get everything started and go as far as we can and as soon as you give me the green light, we'll move full steam ahead and change what we need to along the way.
