just a few simple steps to beautiful wedding stationery
OUR PROCESS
Navigating wedding stationery can feel daunting, but the good news is, it doesn't have to be. Our streamlined ordering system is crafted to transform the paper process into the most enjoyable aspect of your wedding planning. Just follow the easy steps below, and soon your suite will be in your hands, checked off your to-do list.
WHEN TO ORDER
PROOFING
Your first proof arrives in 2-3 days, with each revision taking an additional 2-3 business days. The proofing process can be as quick as 1 week or up to 4 weeks, depending on how organized and prepared you are.
DIGITAL PRINTING
Once approved for print, your order should be ready to ship out to you within 2 weeks. Some orders can be drop shipped straight from my printer to you, arriving in about 1 week.
LETTERPRESS
Letterpress requires press plates to be made so orders take a bit more time! Once approved for print letterpress orders will be ready to ship in about 3-4 weeks.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Find Your Inspiration
Explore our diverse wedding invitation collections, carefully curated to set the perfect tone for various wedding styles.
Click on "Weddings" and navigate to "All Wedding Collections" to discover a range of designs tailored to your unique taste and the overall ambiance of your wedding day.
Each collection comprises Save the Dates, Invitation Suites, and a variety of day-of paper.
2. Customize
View pricing by clicking on "Build my Full Invitation Order". Then select your paper thickness, printing method, card specifics and quantity.
Continue customizing your chosen design by adjusting ink and envelope colors, fonts, adding vellum, wax seals, or envelope liners envelope liners.
As we work on your design I can show you more font and crest options, you are never locked in to what you see on the page, there is always room to swap new things in!
3. Place Your Order
There are two convenient ways to order
Option 1 - Order Now
If you know what you need and are ready to rock, click on "Build my Full Invitation Order" From there you'll see a variety of options that pop up and you'll start choosing the colors, pieces and accessories that you would like to include in your suite. You'll notice your price changes as you add selections. Place your order and fill out the wording form at the bottom of my website.
Option 2 - Payment Plan
If you would prefer to pay over time, or your guest list is still changing or you aren't sure if you want to add in those envelope liners yet, fill out the contact form
From there I'll put together a proposal, you make your selections, place a deposit and off we go! Your payment will be broken into 3 and if you need to add in more, or take something out, it's easy for me to adjust your invoice accordingly.
4. Proofing
Once you submit your order, go to the Wording Form - you can find this at the bottom of every web page under Client Care.
The design process initiates upon placing your order. Within 2-3 business days of booking, you'll receive a mockup of your entire layout via email. I don't set a limit on the number of proofs I provide, so we'll continue working until it's absolutely perfect.
Proofing can vary, taking anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Prior to printing, I also send your design to an external proofreader for a final review.
5. Print & Ship
Printing commences only after your approval, followed by a thorough quality check. Once everything meets our standards, your suite is meticulously packed and shipped to you.
Most orders take around 2 weeks to be printed, inspected and to complete any finishing work.
