  • Product Description

      Printed Custom Floral Place Cards by Invited by LamaWorks. Finish your wedding tables with pretty flower accented seating name cards.

      Each place card is 3.5" wide by 2.5" tall and has your guest's name and table number printed. Mix and match paper colors to denote food choices or add in icons if you'd like!

      Most orders ship out within 3-4 days after proofs have been approved. The more prompt you are in sending over your full guest list and approving prroofs to print, the better!


      1. PLACE YOUR ORDER - enter the quantity that you need, select your paper color and go through the checkout process - easy as that!

      2. SEND YOUR LIST OVER - you'll need to email your guest list to -

      I will need your list in either Excel or Google Sheets with the following format:

      Column A - Guests names
      Column B - table number or name
      Column C - meal choice (if applicable)

      If you send your list over in any other format you will be asked to correct it accordingly.

      3. PROOFS - you will receive PDF proofs of your place card designs 1-2 business days after I receive your guest list. Please note - time with my family is really important to me, so I do not work on weekends or holidays.


      ASAP! My preference is for you to order 3-6 weeks before your wedding, but I absolutely need your order no later than 2.5 weeks before your wedding. Please contact me with the form below if you are concerned about timing.


      No problem! Order anyway! Estimate on the higher end for your quantity and once your list is ready I'll refund you any overages that you paid. I would rather have your order 6 weeks early so that I can get you on my calendar and get paper set aside so we aren't rushing at the end.

  • How much do they cost?
    • Build your package so you get just what you need! Most iblw couples spend between $700 and $1500 on their invitations.

  • What is the ordering process?


      If you know what you want and you're ready to order, fill out the "I'm ready to order" form in the tab below. Once you fill that out, I'll send over your contract to make sure everything is correct along with a wording form for you to fill out.


      Start by filling out the "Get some design ideas" form below. We'll look at mock-ups of your design in new colors or with different features and work out the details until the paper options and price point is spot on for you.

      You may not know exactly what you want, but you know you love certain styles and elements. I'll send over 2-3 ideas that we can use as a launch pad to bigger and better things. It's a prototype process where we'll sort out the elements that your eye is drawn to and falls in love with.


      After you sign your contract, a $100 deposit is due before we begin working on your first round of proofs.

      Your second payment is 50% of your order and is due before I order paper. So while we are working on your designs, we can change out the colors, sizes and quantity until you are comfortable and ready to move forward. 

      I print most orders in house, so once I order paper, we'll still be able to work on the design details, but at this point we will not be able to change paper colors or quantity.

      Your final payment is the remaining balance on your order and is due before I ship your invitations to you.

  • How long does it take?
    • Most invitation orders take about 3-5 weeks, but if you tell me you need them by a certain date, I'll make it happen.

      If you're still months away from needing invitations, that's totally fine too. We can start working on the design and then we'll put it on hold until you're ready.

      With covid restrictions changing rapidly, I'll get everything started and go as far as we can and as soon as you give me the green light, we'll move full steam ahead and change what we need to along the way.
