A Southern Garden Country Club Wedding with The Charlotte Collection
Sydney and Cooper's winter wedding at Gadsden Country Club proves that timeless design never goes out of style. When every detail works together, from your save-the-dates and wedding invitations to your flowers and reception decor, the result is a celebration that feels intentional from beginning to end. Our Charlotte Collection stationery set the tone from the very first envelope, introducing guests to the classic aesthetic that carried throughout the entire wedding day.

A Southern Winter Wedding at The Gadsden Country Club in Alabama
For her big day, Sydney wore a stunning A-line gown with a classic sweetheart neckline. Cooper also wore a matching white suit jacket that fit perfectly with the timeless all-white look of their winter wedding.
The Gadsden Country Club in Alabama also set the stage for a truly memorable night. Their white flowers and matching 3-tiered white cake transformed the night into such a truly elegant celebration of their love story. After a night filled with dancing and lasting memories, it was time for their confetti send-off before they said their final goodbyes and left in a vintage Rolls-Royce, a truly fabulous exit.

Save-the-Dates and Wedding Invitations With The Charlotte Collection
As soon as Sydney laid eyes on our Charlotte Collection, it was a match made in heaven. The Charlotte Collection is one of my favorite suites for formal weddings because it balances traditional elegance with clean, botanical details. The custom monogram becomes the focal point, while the classic typography allows the invitation to feel luxurious.
This collection fit perfectly with her vision for her elegant winter wedding at the Gadsden Country Club. The customization process for the stationery was seamless. We used the Charlotte design, but opted to change the ink color to black to better fit their formal winter wedding aesthetic.
The monogram is really where this collection truly shines. With its modern and sophisticated look, the monogrammed stationery is easy to customize and truly feels luxurious and one of a kind. With Sydney and Cooper’s save-the-dates and invitations, we were finished with just three quick proofs. The changes were all minor, which made this customization quick and stress-free.
Helping my couples stay on budget is also very important to me. For this suite, we decided to swap the details card to a straight edge rather than die-cut to better fit within their budget. I love the flexibility that customizations give us to help bring a couple's visions to life without exceeding their allotted budget.

The Timeline for Custom Stationery Design
We are often asked, "How long does the stationery design process truly take?" Sydney booked her invitations in January of 2024, which happened to align perfectly with our seasonal sale. This allowed her to lock in our services early, even before her full vision of her wedding came to life. By the time March came around, her guest list had been finalized, and addresses gathered, and we were able to truly get to work. The creative collaboration began on August 26th, and within a little over a week, on September 4th, we had her gorgeous proofs printed and ready for review! We then took a bit of time for final wedding details to come together before printing in late October.
If there is a little sprinkle of wisdom to be learned from this particular customization process, it’s that if you have a little pocket of time now, don’t wait to get started.
Design your invitations while you have time and inspiration. Then we can make simple refinements and final touches! But the heavy lifting is already done before other wedding planning details demand more of your time.

We would love to help you bring your personalized wedding stationery to life. Our semi-custom collections include coordinating save-the-dates, invitations, and wedding-day paper, making it easy to create a wedding that feels beautifully connected from beginning to end. Browse our collections to find the design that feels like you, then let's customize it together.
