Do I NEED an envelope liner or is it just pretty? Are pocket invitations helpful? What's that clear paper thing that you wrap around...

I receive a lot of questions about wedding invitation wording, so many that Emily Post's Wedding Etiquette book is never far from my side. You've never planned a wedding before, so of course you have questions and I'm happy that I can be here to help you sort out the details.

Most of my FAQ's involve wording in some way shape or form. It's not an easy task to tackle. Feelings can be hurt if things aren't delicately worded.

I had the pleasure of teaming up for this gorgeous wedding shoot with Pointe D'Vine, a local wedding venue beautifully sitting on the bluffs of the Mississippi River. 

What can you do to spice up your winter wedding, while keeping it simple at the same time? Take Sarah and Kevin, for example. We collaborated to find a way to keep their invitations clean and simple, but with design elements that really stand out.

Timeless weddings are my favorite wedding schemes. You really can't go wrong, especially as we're facing the uncertainty of the 2020/2021 wedding season.You'll need a wedding plan that can go from June to October to March if need be, because we just don't know what the next 12 months are going to look like for events.
